• With more than 2,200 listed buildings and 60 conservation areas, the historic environment in Huntingdonshire is rich and wide-ranging.
• A successful candidate may find themselves dealing with a timber-framed cottage one day and Cold War architecture the next.
• Someone who can work effectively with customers and colleagues on the management of the historic environment and the assessment of new development proposals.
• The varied workload will include providing specialist technical advice on planning applications, enforcement issues and policy development.
