What the role involves

• Construction Administrator 12 Months focuses on supporting with the provision of reporting & analysis on activity.
• Liaise with external contractors obtaining quotes, dealing with queries and coordinating activities & responses with other internal and external customers.
• Provide a full administrative function to the Construction department including general administrative duties such as meeting organisation, filing, typing and photocopying as well.
• This is a true support role, so you'll need to be focused on your team, ensuring that from an administration perspective everything is running smoothly.
• We support reasonable adjustment requests from candidates and employees.

Skills and requirements

• Ad hoc local, regional or national projects as and when required by the Construction Manager.

• We are currently on the search for a Construction Administrator to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
• Contract performance as required.
