What the role involves
- Review and present key claim deliverables such as proposals, technical concept reports and final claim submissions.
- Liaise directly with Insurers and Loss Adjusters to achieve a successful claim settlement.
- Supporting the development of new and existing propositions to grow the Claims Solutions business.
Skills and requirements
- Report writing and presentation skills are crucial, along with the capacity to travel locally and internationally as required.
- A background as a construction loss adjuster or experienced claims manager in the construction insurance market.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, along with professional qualifications (e.g., MIChemE, MEI, BEng, CEng, MRICS, ACILA), is essential.
- Experience in project managing complex and demanding Construction and Delay in Start-up claim insurance claims.
