Construction Claims Consultant focuses on review and present key claim deliverables such as proposals, technical concept reports and final claim submissions.

What the role involves

• Review and present key claim deliverables such as proposals, technical concept reports and final claim submissions.
• Liaise directly with Insurers and Loss Adjusters to achieve a successful claim settlement.
• Supporting the development of new and existing propositions to grow the Claims Solutions business.

Skills and requirements

• Report writing and presentation skills are crucial, along with the capacity to travel locally and internationally as required.
• A background as a construction loss adjuster or experienced claims manager in the construction insurance market.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, along with professional qualifications (e.g., MIChemE, MEI, BEng, CEng, MRICS, ACILA), is essential.
• Experience in project managing complex and demanding Construction and Delay in Start-up claim insurance claims.
