The Construction Environmental Health & Safety Manager position centres on leading the implementation and continuous improvement of construction safety programs across active project sites. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where ownership sits
Support the development and execution of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. 8–10 years of construction safety experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
What the role carries
Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of construction safety programs across active project sites. Leading incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence. Develop and deliver safety training programs, orientations, and leadership coaching for field personnel and contractors.
