Construction Manager focuses on plan for 2-4 week look aheads.

What the role involves

• Plan for 2-4 week look aheads.
• Supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements.
• Deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
• Ensure gangs/site operatives complete all required documentation.
• Track and document daily work productions.

Skills and requirements

• Valid CSCS card & SMSTS, 1st is advantageous.
• Qualified by experience (trade background) or construction related degree.
• Ability to demonstrate having previously worked on sub & superstructures packages, in particular concrete.
