What the role involves

• Attend and contribute to claims review meetings and renewal meetings.
• Develop relationships with insurers and clients and their respective representatives.
• Develop relationships with internal colleagues such as placing and client managers.

Skills and requirements

• Confident with client and stakeholder interaction.
• Previous claims handling/insurance experience, with either an Insurer or Broker or law firm (preferred but not essential).
• Quick to take on-board new information which is technical in nature.
• Analytically minded with the ability to resolve complex queries.

Candidate fit

• Handling professional Indemnity construction claims from initial notification to resolution.
