Construction Project Manager£40m New Build Project | Central Belt (Glasgowmutable)
We are working in partnership with a Tier 1 main contractor to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver a landmark £40 million new build project located just outside Glasgow and easilymutable from across the Central Belt.

The role
Full responsibility for managing the safe, quality-led delivery of a £40m new build Leading site teams and key subcontractors Managing programme, cost, quality and client relationships Working closely withmercial, design and operational colleagues
What you’ll need
Proven experience delivering significant new build projects as a Project Manager Background with a main contractor (ideally Tier 1 or large Tier 2) - Open to all main contracting experience. Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills Passion for quality, safety and team development
