Construction Site Manager

Construction Site Manager focuses on supervise mechanical and electrical installation works including hvac, pipework, plumbing, electrical containment, cabling, and plant installation.

What the role involves

• Supervise mechanical and electrical installation works including HVAC, pipework, plumbing, electrical containment, cabling, and plant installation.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and RAMS.
• Monitoring site progress against programme.
• Report delays or technical issues.
• Maintaining accurate daily site records and progress updates.
• Enforce health & safety procedures and stop unsafe works where required.

Skills and requirements

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification, CSCS Supervisory Card (M&E relevant).
• We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background to oversee installation works on a major site in Bracknell.
• Mechanical or Electrical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Proven experience supervising M&E works on construction sites.

Confirmed role details

• 6 months, likely to be extended a further 18 months.
• £34.77 per hour via umbrella.
