Responsibilities and requirements

• You will be an integral part of the site team, ensuring projects run safely, cleanly, and on schedule.
• Key Responsibilities Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe site environment by clearing debris, managing waste disposal, and ensuring walkways are hazard-free.Logistics & Loading: Assisting with the delivery and unloading of materials (e.g., timber, plasterboard, bricks) and distributing them to the relevant trade teams.Trade Support: Assisting skilled tradespeople (Carpenters, Bricklayers, Electricians) with basic manual tasks as required.Equipment Handling: Safe operation of basic power tools and ensuring all site equipment is stored securely at the end of each shift.Health & Safety: Strictly adhering to site-specific health and safety regulations and wearing full PPE at all times.
• Requirements & Skills Essential: A valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue).Experience: Proven experience working on busy construction sites (ideally 1+ years).Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift.Reliability: Punctuality is critical; you must be able to commute to various London postcodes for an 8:00 AM start.Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
