To collaborate and work to maintain Older Adult and General Medical services in line with strategic requirement. To liaise with medical staff in other specialties and participate in clinical meetings and postgraduate activities in the Trust.

Practical details

• Entry on the Specialist Register in General and Geriatric Medicine (or entry expected within 6 months from the date of interview).
• Clinical training and experience equivalent to that required for gaining CCT in Geriatric Medicine.

What needs to be in place

• To contribute to the development of Older Adult services, treatment guidelines and the promotion of greater knowledge of the management of older persons conditions in primary care.
