Consultant Rheumatology

Consultant Rheumatology focuses on where possible, the consultant will develop a research interest compatible with the background of the department and it facilities.

What the role involves

• Where possible, the Consultant will develop a research interest compatible with the background of the department and it facilities.
• The Consultant will attend weekly MDT meetings and fortnightly X-ray meetings and will be expected to help support and train the SpR's and other junior medical staff.

Skills and requirements

• The preferred interest will be in Bone Health and Osteoporosis however this is not essential.

• The Trust has a perfect location which offers both London and Midlands within easy reach, access to major motorways and an international airport within immediate proximity.
• Naturally GMC registration is essential however and overseas applicants with visa requirements will be supported.
