What the role involves
- Modelling and embedding high‑quality, relationship‑based, trauma‑informed and contextual safeguarding practice.
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting practitioners through reflective discussions, co‑working and practice development.
- Strengthening multi‑agency safeguarding responses across Police, Health, Education and community partners.
- As part of our market supplement: Consultant Social Worker – Grade O: Up to £53,769 per annum (Includes a £3,500 pro-rated annual market supplement which is subject to pension, tax.
- Plus, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available from 1st April 2026 if the relevant policy criteria are met.

- Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
