Position Summary
The Library Co-ordinator role supports the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles. The role will also involve the retrieval of client created dubs and subtitles across EMEA from local broadcasters.
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee material delivery for acquired titles distributor on-boarding and ensuring material is delivered on time and to spec.
Handle QC rejections and remediation process.
Retrieval of client created TV dubs and subtitles across EMEA,
Raise P.O.s for material costs and keep track of received.
Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries as well as flagging up any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
Track metrics for the on time deliveries and right the first time deliveries.
Track material delivery for animation (video, audio, metadata) from production and distributors.
Deliver dubs, subtitles, video files and metadata to clients once the access agreement has been signed.
Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, as well as:
Experience in asset management databases.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Be well organised and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Understanding of the mastering process is desirable.
