• Managing a full caseload of contentious probate and private client litigation matters.

• Advising clients on complex and sensitive disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, statements of case and court documentation.
• Preparing matters for court and attending hearings, conferences and mediations.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant legal, paralegal, conveyancing, casework, or administrative experience may be useful.

Candidate fit

• Be a qualified Solicitor or ILEX with strong probate litigation experience.
• Circa 5+ years' litigation experience, although applications from strong candidates outside this range are welcomed.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
