Skills and requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in contentious probate or litigation.
• Strong experience handling contentious probate, trusts disputes and ToLATA matters.
• Experience managing both public and privately funded work.
• ACTAPS qualification advantageous but not essential.
