• Days – 09:00 to 17:00 Mon- Fri with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day (37.5 hours per week).
• £42,400 per annum, rising to £43,386 per annum upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

• Processing Manager, you will be a driving force for change and will be responsible for identifying, facilitating and implementing process improvements across our operations.
• Reporting to the Site Operations Systems.
• Leading CI projects using Lean Six Sigma and Kata, ensuring clear objectives, structured plans and measurable outcomes.

Requirements mentioned

• Degree, HND or equivalent in Engineering (desirable).
• Experienced in the practical application of lean manufacturing and a wide variety of lean tools.
• Experience in Six Sigma DMAIC.
