Contract & Commercial Litigation Solicitor /FCILEx / Senior Paralegal

This Contract & Commercial Litigation Solicitor /FCILEx role is focused on dealing with clients on the phone and face to face. It would suit someone who can bring your caseload would be made up of Claimant and Defendant claims, including but not limited to: Commercial Contracts, Consumer Contracts, Misrepresentation, Professional Negligence to the role.

What the work leans on

Run a caseload of a wide variety of Civil Litigation cases (no personal injury) mainly but not exclusively arising from contractual disputes. The work sources include LEI and private instruction.

Where the technical work sits

• Dealing with clients on the phone and face to face.
• Using our case management system to progress the files.
• Managing a caseload of mainly fast, intermediate and multi track cases dealing with contract disputes arising from the sale of goods and services, building contracts, professional.

Technical requirements

• Experience of advising individual and commercial clients in contract based disputes, in both Fast and Multi-Track claims.
• Ability and knowledge of working with a case management system.
• IT literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel).
