Contract Manager (Air Conditioning) focuses on managing day-to-day delivery of hvac maintenance and reactive services across multiple sites.

What the role involves

• Managing day-to-day delivery of HVAC maintenance and reactive services across multiple sites.
• Support a team of engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety and company procedures.
• Maintain strong client relationships, attending review meetings and managing expectations.
• Overseeing P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Driving SLA/KPI performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar role within Facilities Management.
• Relevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualifications (e.g. F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
