Contract Prototype Assembler
The Job position centres on liaise with in-house engineers with technical queries. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Where the work sits
37 hours per week, typically comprising of 8 hours Monday-Thursday, 5 hours Friday. We make prototype and very small production runs of bespoke test systems, harnesses and subassemblies (i.e., typically no more of 3 of the same product).
How the role works day to day
Able to liaise with in-house engineers with technical queries. Provide build solutions for prototype assemblies. Understanding of engineering drawings, wiring schedules and circuit diagrams.

- Working Week: Mon-Thurs = 8 hours paid (8.5 hours Onsite), flexible start/finish (as early as 7am start, 4pm finish, or as late as 9am start, 6pm finish. Friday = 5 hours paid (ea.
