Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager focuses on managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple structural repair contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What the role involves

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple structural repair contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Overseeing site operations, including programme management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards, particularly in relation to working at height.
• Monitoring project performance against KPIs, specifications, and client expectations.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction or structural repairs.
• Strong knowledge of concrete repairs, structural/remedial works, and EWI (External Wall Insulation) systems.
• Experience working on multi-storey residential or commercial buildings.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, health & safety legislation, and contract management.
