Skills and requirements

• A relevant degree or a minimum of 3 years commercial contracts experience.
• Experience with US Federal Acquisition FARS/DFARS and UK MOD DEFONs.
• Knowledge of UK, Europe and US Export regulations.
• Driving licence.

Confirmed role details

• Beyond the standard Contract Management responsibilities you'll also be responsible for.
• Contract Management where you'll oversee the entire life cycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing various agreements.
• Need to be confident and organised and have the ability to identify key risk areas in contract terms.
• Lead contract negotiations.

Candidate fit

• Customer Relations where you'll liaise with customers on contractual matters, maintaining and building positive business relationships.
• Be self-motivated with strong problem solving skills and a pragmatic approach, and happy to work in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
