- Managing all aspects of contracts from pre-start to final handover.
- Support two Site Managers across two active sites.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality expectations.
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Attend client and contractor meetings, providing regular progress updates.
- Maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations across all sites.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fenestration, window, or door industry (essential).
- Strong understanding of installation processes and industry regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
