• Managing all aspects of contracts from pre-start to final handover.
• Support two Site Managers across two active sites.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality expectations.
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Attend client and contractor meetings, providing regular progress updates.
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations across all sites.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fenestration, window, or door industry (essential).
• Strong understanding of installation processes and industry regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
