Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager focuses on submission of asb5 notifications.

What the role involves

• Submission of ASB5 Notifications.
• Plan and resource projects - prepare project programmes.
• Managing competency of asbestos workforce.
• Manage sites, including subcontractors & suppliers ensuring company procedures and processes are adhered to.
• Ensure that health, safety, wellbeing and environmental related documents are compliant and kept up to date.
• Maintaining asbestos and general management training is maintained.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in pricing and managing asbestos works.
• Pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
• ACAD Asbestos Manager qualification.

Confirmed role details

• Salary starting from £48,000 this is negotiable dependant on experience, and there is potential for a senior role managing the wider team.
