Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of M&E disciplines and associated legislative/statutory requirements.
• IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate ideally required (noting this can be working towards).
• Successful management of sub-contractor groups, from both an operational and safety perspective, to prevent undesirable outcomes.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with internal/external key stakeholders and sub-contractor groups.
