Control Systems Engineer – EV / Automotive – Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Control Systems Engineer focuses on develop and implement control algorithms using matlab and simulink.
What the role involves
- Develop and implement control algorithms using MATLAB and Simulink.
- Create system models and simulations to support control strategy development.
- Supporting integration and validation of control systems across vehicle platforms.
- Analysing system performance and optimise control strategies for reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with software, electrical and mechanical engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, testing activities and engineering reviews.
Skills and requirements
- Degree in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Experience using MATLAB and Simulink for modelling and simulation.
- Understanding of control theory and dynamic systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Oxfordshire (Hybrid – 2–3 days Onsite).
