Job description
This Controller Wholebird Team B role is focused on reporting and escalate any issues affecting production performance. It would suit someone who can bring leading by example and promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork to the role.
How the role is set up
This role requires managing and controlling production resources while driving efficiency and maintaining safety standards. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality of products and adherence to line processing and packaging plans.
Where someone would start
Reporting and escalate any issues affecting production performance. Reporting any hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents immediately.
What helps someone build confidence
Leading by example and promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork. Supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.
What is expected
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (minimum 12 months).
- Modern Apprenticeship or Leadership experience.

- 06.00am to 18.00pm, rotational, as a part of the Wholebird Team B.
- Permanent, stable employment.
- Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun.
