- Type and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
- File, open/close, store, and retrieve client files per procedures.
- Preparing and send mail with correct enclosures.
- Handling copying tasks when needed.
- Managing Legal Adviser's diary, meetings, and appointments.
- Supporting secretarial team and collaborate effectively.
