Conveyancing Lawyer / Solicitor

The Solicitor position centres on advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process in a clear and commercial manner. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

The firm advises a broad client base including private individuals, investors, developers, and overseas buyers, and is known for high service standards and a modern, commercial app. We are a growing, well-regarded law firm based in the West End, with a strong and expanding residential conveyancing practice.

How support shows up

Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process in a clear and commercial manner. Supporting the continued growth and development of the conveyancing practice. Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

What needs to be in place

• 2–4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or qualified Lawyer in residential conveyancing.
• The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its expanding property team.
• Experience managing files independently with minimal supervision.
