What the role involves

• Supporting fee earners by progressing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion tasks, ensuring matters are advanced promptly and ac.
• Assist with anti‑money laundering (AML) compliance, maintaining audit‑ready documentation and accurate records in line with firm procedures.
• Record clear case notes, milestones and actions.
• Assist with file reviews to support smooth progression of matters.
• Preparing routine correspondence, client engagement letters, contract packs and standard documentation using firm precedents, checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Process disbursement requests and client account transactions.

Skills and requirements

• With over 15 years of experience, we connect law firms and conveyancing practices with the talent they need to grow.
• Familiarity with AML and client identification requirements and experience maintaining accurate, audit‑ready case files.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines.
• Confident and professional communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues and external contacts.
