What the role involves

• Preparing nutritious meals for service users in line with guidelines/ requirements.
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment.
• Maintaining inventory of kitchen equipment and produce.
• Utilise knowledge of HACCP and current food regulations.
• Interaction with service users to reflect their food choices.
• Food hygiene level 2 certification.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
