This Corporate Benefits Consultant (Business Development) role with Radiant Financial. Location is focused on collaborate with advisor teams to identify and deliver new opportunities within the corporate client portfolio. It would suit someone who can bring proficient with Microsoft Office and client CRM platforms to the role.

How the role works day to day
Collaborate with advisor teams to identify and deliver new opportunities within the corporate client portfolio. Leading on annual pension governance and regular reviews of group risk and private medical insurance (PMI). Employees will also be required from time to time to carry out other work allocated to them by their line manager.

Practical details
- Increase the value of your existing client portfolio through proactive relationship management.
- Introduce and convert new leads and opportunities into long-term clients.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience.
What needs to be in place
- Substantial experience working in group risk, healthcare, and/or pensions.
- Proven experience managing a corporate benefits portfolio.
- RDR-compliant qualifications are highly desirable.
