What you would be doing

Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained using ABM’s digital cleaning process. Supervise the ABM site digital checking process, making sure the team are adhering to the policy.

What you need

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the commercial corporate cleaning environment, preferably within a blue-chip company, supervising large teams.
• Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• ISOH Managing Safely (an advantage to have, but not necessary to start with).
