Role overview
Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support deal execution while balancing legal risk and business objectives. OverviewWe are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to support our growing EMEA business.
Main responsibilities
Remote working with occasional office attendance required. Supporting and improve internal legal processes, templates, playbooks, and empowerment materials. Supporting broader Legal team projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk and business priorities.
- Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 2–5 years’ PQE.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (technology/SaaS preferred).
