What you would be doing
Provide written feedback to improve model behavior. Design realistic deal scenarios from transactional practice such as M&A due diligence, SPAs/APAs, and securities filings. Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality.

What you need
- 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law.
- Strong experience in contract review, due diligence, corporate governance, NDA drafting, or securities filings.
- Experience with disclosure schedules or closing checklists.
