Where the technical work sits
- Monitoring and achieve KPIs, maintaining accurate reporting using IT systems including CRM (HubSpot) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Onboard and manage key accounts, building strong, long-term client relationships through effective account management.
- Delivering a robust and scalable business growth strategy, aligned with organisational objectives.
Technical requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or commercial role, with a proven track record of B2B success.
- Strong IT proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft 365 applications (particularly Excel).
- Experience in developing and delivering business initiatives and commercial strategies.
