• Providing high-quality legal advice across a broad range of corporate matters.
• Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements and related transactional documentation.
• Assisting with due diligence processes and management of data rooms.
• Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment matters.
• Advising on corporate structuring and governance matters.
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance issues.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in corporate transactions, including share and asset sales, reorganisations, buybacks, share schemes, and EOTs.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
• Experience within a leading regional or city firm.
