This top 30 City firm is looking to hire an ambitious corporate tax lawyer to work on a broad mix of corporate, real estate and finance transacions with the opportunity to assist with investment funds tax and employee incentives. Clients include public/privatepanies, financial institutions and start-ups operating in the UK and internationally.
