Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior staff across both the tax team and wider practice. Overseeing and coordinate the preparation of corporate tax returns, alongside other compliance processes such as ATED, ERS, EMI, and EIS. Delivering assignments such as corporate restructuring, share scheme design and implementation, tax clearances, transfer pricing reviews, CIR calculations, PAYE reviews, tax due dilig.
