What you would be doing
Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 130 countries worldwide. Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget. Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engine.
What you need
- Experience in large, civil engineering projects in the rail, water or aviation sectors. We will also consider candidates who have experience on other large, Civil Engineering infra.
- BEng, BA, BSc in a related discipline.
- You must be chartered via RICS or SCSI or working towards.
Practical information
- Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow, and ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner.
- Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Be expected to be numerate and computer literate, highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and contract administration software.
- Familiar and have experience of both pre and post contract roles, including cost planning, procurement, contract formation, post contract cost control, contract administration, val.
