Cost Manager

The Cost Manager position in Quantity Surveying centres on to provide commercial support across the Capital Expenditure programme for Frasers Group across all facia’s, project types. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

How the role is set up

External QS Teams – where requiredA Degree in Quantity Surveying, and 5+ years of experience in Retail Cost Management. This includes a 24 hour wellbeing helpline, wellness hub, counselling and financial/legal support.

Site work involved

To provide commercial support across the Capital Expenditure programme for Frasers Group across all facia’s, project types. Coordinating Capex across the UK & EU Refit pipeline across various facias. Leading the supply chain to deliver better cost outcomes across all group construction & fit out activity.

Construction skills and requirements

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
• Must have a high level of financial appraisal skillKnowledge of shop-fit standards, details, and construction.
