The Country HR Partner position centres on as our Country HR Partner, you will be a trusted, in-country HR expert and leadership partner, playing a key role in helping our people leaders build high-performing teams. It would suit someone who can bring develop personal and professional HR credibility through courage, integrity and initiative, using this credibility to challenge business leaders to be the best they can be to the role.

• Pay: £58,000 - £75,000
• Office based position in Cambridge, with regular travel to Manchester.
• £58,000 - £75,000 The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures.

• Partnering closely with Regional HR Partners, HR Service Delivery, Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent & Performance to ensure the client group is well suppo.
