Country Manager

The Country Manager position in Agriculture centres on leading a coordinated strategic approach in key markets with support of Marketing and Research & Nutritional Services. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

What the work leans on

Responsible for the selling and marketing activities in the designated area. Minimum Required:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.

Where the technical work sits

• Lead a coordinated strategic approach in key markets with support of Marketing and Research & Nutritional Services.
• Promote Zinpro products and offer technical sales support to current/potential customers and key influencers to develop strong long-term customer relations.

Technical requirements

• Grow sales through enhanced customer relationships and technical knowledge about products within the supported industry.
• Achieve sales goals and objectives within the established budget.

Practical details

• This is a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Manager, Europe, and has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Shift pattern: Weekends.
