• We are seeking a highly dedicated Courier Resolutions Administrator (known internally as a Customer Services Administrator) who can confidently deliver excellent customer service t.
• Investigating and resolving courier issues with delayed or missing parcels.
• Liaising with couriers to track, locate, or resolve delivery problems.
• Processing refunds and exchanges in accordance with our procedures.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.
