What the role involves
- We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million people, and to a wider population of 2.2 million when regional and nat.
- Provide a Reception/clerical function to one or more office bases as required, respecting confidentiality at all times.
- Receive and arrange the distribution of mail.
- Processing mail for despatch using the appropriate method e.g. internal, royal mail or courier.
- Monitoring e-mail accounts as required and takes appropriate actions.
- Must show competence in the basic use of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time positions (37 hours per week).
- Shift patterns are this post are Monday to Friday, from 08:30am - 16:30pm.
