• Supporting the onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitoring parcel scanning, courier readiness.
• Ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Supporting couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.
