What the role involves
- Supporting the onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
- Monitoring parcel scanning, courier readiness.
- Ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
- Supporting couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
- Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.
