Candidate fit
- Have at least 4 years PQE and a strong track record in dealing with a range of court of protection matters.
- As the appointed Court of Protection Solicitor you will be providing advice to vulnerable clients and handling a caseload of matters in relation to mental capacity and safeguarding.
- Be compassionate and empathetic and possess the ability to advise vulnerable individuals as well as work closely with carers, families and external organisations.
