Job description
The Court of Protection Solicitor position centres on preparing and review legal documents, including court applications and financial reports. It would suit someone who can bring excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and associated legislation. Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience running your own Court of Protection caseload.
What you would be doing
Preparing and review legal documents, including court applications and financial reports. Deal with matters relating to nursing or residential home funding. Deal with deprivation of liberty and safeguarding matters.
