• For this particular role the stores you will cover & support include.
• After initial training, Cover Managers build their understanding of how Deichmann stores operate, by providing managerial cover across a cluster of stores.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Leading by example in promoting and upselling products.
• Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained i.e., merchandising, administration.

Skills and requirements

• Our ideal Cover Managers will therefore have previous experience at supervisor.
• A hands-on leader, with experience in retail or a related industry sector.
• Candidates with a full UK driving licence are preferred - due to the travel involved.

Confirmed role details

• Working as a Cover Store Manager for Deichmann, you will be offered a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum.
• This is a Full Time, permanent position and you therefore must be fully flexible to work across the week.

Additional role context

• Birmingham, Solihull, West Bromwich, Walsall, Wolverhampton and additional stores considered to be within a reasonable commuting distance.
