Cover Supervisor focuses on promoting positive behaviour and managing challenging behaviour.

What the role involves

• Promoting positive behaviour and managing challenging behaviour.
• Supporting pupils in their learning as effectively as possible.
• Assisting students with additional educational needs.
• Maintaining a structured and engaging classroom environment.
• 24/7 GP access & health cash plan.

Skills and requirements

• A valid driver's license and own motor vehicle are required to drive through school.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Confirmed role details

• Pay to scale (depending on level of experience).
• Full-time, Temp to Perm.
• We have immediate opportunities for day-to-day supply work, which can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability and flexibility.
• We also offer long-term positions with the potential to develop into permanent roles.
