Cover Supervisor focuses on supervise classroom learning.

What the role involves

• Supervise classroom learning.
• Delivering pre-set lessons.
• Supporting students with SEN, SEMH, and additional behavioural needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Skills and requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Essential.
• Experience within SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision preferred.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
